Edgerton Retirement Apartments (ERA) is a 24-unit rural housing community in Edgerton, WI, built in 1983, that provides affordable housing for seniors and individuals with disabilities. In 2024, Sunny Side Development, an organization dedicated to creating affordable, sustainable housing in Wisconsin, began remodeling the apartments to include new kitchens and bathrooms, increased accessibility, a new roof, new heat pump HVAC systems and solar panels.
