2025 LSC Annual Meeting

Come celebrate 11 years with us and help us approve board members both new and old for the coming year.

Date/Time: Monday, December 15, 2025

• 5:30 – 6:30pm: Gather, socialize, and enjoy food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• 6:30 (sharp) – 7:30pm: Business meeting begins
• 7:30 – 8:00pm: Q&A, informal discussion, and clean-up

Location:
Goodman Community Center, Brassworks Building, 206 Waubesa St, Madison, WI. We are meeting in the Lau Christensen Room.

We are adding an online option, so distance isn’t a barrier. Please RSVP below and specify this option.

Musical Guest:
Still Jaded After All These Years is a quartet of friends who love playing together. We feature guitar, keyboard, saxophone, percussion, vocals, and occasional tuba. We do covers of jazz, pop, rock, country, and folk tunes from all eras (but admittedly heavy on the 60s and 70s stuff!).

Celebrating 2025; Looking Forward to 2026:
By the end of 2025, we will have helped finance, manage, or support more than 8 MW of behind-the-meter (distributed generation) solar projects across Wisconsin.

We still have a long way to go to curb emissions and bring our state, our country, and our planet into a net carbon balance in our atmosphere that will limit the worst of climate change to 1.5 degrees Celsius. Every fraction of a degree fought for will save millions of lives. As members of the co-op, you are not only helping us provide a solar roadmap as an example for others, but we are also making our way down that road toward a cleaner future for all.

We are considering expanding our current board of directors, so let us know if you are interested in learning more. We will notify all members with any actionable decisions that are known before the start of the meeting.

Please note:
Only one vote per member is allowed on any actionable motions that come up during the business meeting portion of the evening. Only members who receive a ballot before the meeting or who are in-person on the day of the meeting can cast votes.
